First things first - Happy new year!

Hope we're all recovered and ready for a year of brilliant new music :-)

GPR are now running nights at the Greaves Arms in Oldham. The Greaves is a big pub venue right in the middle of Oldham and we're hoping to create a vibrant music community that will get live bands some exposure and connections with other similarly minded band folk.

The first night is on the 6th Jan 2012 and features bands:

Green Plastic Revival
The Second Shepherds
Cheap Cuts
Emily and the Faves

The second night is on the 7th Jan 2012 and features bands:

Lovechild
State of Reality
The Seadogs
Beat Fiction

Thanks for the support from all those who are following us, we really appreciate you turning up to see us and we hope to bring new material into the fold early this year. Here's to a successful year, cheers!

Thu, 17 Nov 2011 - Charity, Gigs, and Recording

GPR Have been locked away in the depths of a recording studio for the past month or so laying down some recordings. We've been writing a fair bit too and are about to go public with a few exciting gigs including a charity gig for the Walton Neuroscience Fund, stick them in your diaries!

Gig dates:

November 26th @ The Guzzlin Goose in Ashton Under Lyme

December 2nd @ The Ducie Bridge in Manchester

December 15th @ The Contemporary Urban Centre in Liverpool in support of the Walton Neuroscience Fund

Fri, 30 Sep 2011 - Gigs n Stuff...

Last week we played 3 gigs, hectic stuff but we all really enjoyed it and it was a valuable experience. Supported a great band [THE DIRT TRACKS] in Liverpool and Manchester and also met some other fantastic bands along the way. Our mini tour culminated at Academy 3 where we headlined the bill and ended up being a great night. There are loads of impressive photos of the Academy gig in our gallery section.

There may be some more gigs in the pipeline so keep your eyes peeled. Right now we're concentrating on getting some sounds recorded.
